Love it! Delightful experience

Authentic, fresh, rich espresso flavor without standing in line at Starbucks. I love the easy use and intuitiveness of the design. Taught my daughter how to make her favorite vanilla cream steamer. Only improvement I would make is the ability to steam a larger amount of milk - even I don't mind making a double batch just means it takes another 2 minutes to do so. Delightful frothing. Very impressed. I've owned 2 other brew systems but the Rivo is by far the best purchase and investment thus far.
Pros: Not Bitter

Really Froths Milk!

Finally a a machine that really froths milk. Wish I had tried the Rivo before buying an expensive Saeco Bar Royal. Also makes great expresso and easy to use. I just wish Keurig would combine the Rivo and the Keurig brewer into one machine.

I love my Rivo Cappuccino and Latte System! It makes the perfect cup each brew. And it is quick and not messy like most systems. It was well worth the purchase.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma, Good As Starbucks, Not Bitter

Yum. Can't keep enough nonfat milk in the house. I own two of these. Husband uses original keurig. One day I will buy a replacement frother. I am constantly washing the frother. I am not a coffee house fan - I'm too cheap to pay those prices. Investing in the Rivo was a major decision for me, and i look forward to my cappucino every morning.

Best Cappuccino and Latte out of the box

Got this as a gift to my wife . WOW It is unreal. We love it. We have a starbucks right next to our house. We will not be going there at all. This machine creates the best flavor of Cappuccino

I have always wanted to make espresso drinks at home, but all the other machines out there had drawbacks. Not this one. It is very simple to use - just drop in the pod and push a button to get the espresso. The milk streamer/frother couldn't be easier. Pour your milk of choice - or soy or almond milk or whatever - into the pitcher and slide the pitcher into its space and push a button. OK, you do have to add the steamed milk to the espresso yourself! The only cleanup is to wash the milk pitcher. No need to blast steam thru the steamer. This machine does not make tea or cocoa or regular brewed coffee (except Americano). But it does make an excellent espresso or latte or cappuccino that tastes just the same as the national chain coffee house. My preferred beverage can be now made at home for about $2 less than the national chain coffee house, so this machine pays for itself in a pretty short time.

I love my new Rivo. The Lavazza coffee is delicious. I just wish a coffee filter was available so we can buy bags of coffee instead of the pods. That's the only reason why I only gave it 4 stars.

Just Awesome. Can use your own milk. Heat fast. Perfect foam, temp, etc. Coffee has great favor. Nice job. Affordable too. Other machines that do this are hundreds/thousands more.
