Just absolutely love it! What a investment! Wonderful customer service as well! I can make my own lattes from now on and our youngest son started drinking them too! He loves it! I love the fact that I can use soy milk and lactaid as well. I would recommend that to always run filtered/bottled water after each use with the espresso and milk so the lines stay free and clear from any build up. You make the investment so take care of it. :)

Every morning I cannot wait to say "hello" to my Keurig Rivo! I have a fresh brewed latte or cappuccino with my own soy milk and it's ready in minutes! No driving to Starbucks, no waiting, no line!

Great home expresso machine.

If you have been looking for a great easy to use espresso machine for home look no further. This machine simply does as advertised, period. Easy to use and clean. The temp of a fresh latte was 168.9, this was a real problem with other machines I tired, just to cool. Only con, you can only use the Rivo coffee, and this unit only does espresso. I don't see this as a negative, just a limitation of the device for those looking for tea/coco etc. There are other machines in the Keurig line for this, but none do what this machine does. Buy with confidence, you will not be disappointed.

Cons: Expresso Only, One Brand Of Coffee, One Band Of Coffee

Very wary about purchasing this product. Reading the reviews helped me to go for it- AND the RIVO lives up to its reviews & then some! SO easy to use,SO easy to clean & maintain- I'm sorry I wasted weeks trying to decide on this purchase! I'm using the RIVO everyday. When I need a hardcore fix, I have been double shot-ing my cup :) Love the RIVO!!!

This was a joint Christmas present for my Dad and me. Since yesterday, we have used all of the pods that came in the sample pack. It is truly that good! I particularly enjoy the iced lattes that it makes. I can honestly say this is the best at-home espresso drink machine available in this price range and thoroughly beats most others.

Ok, I posted a review yesterday (Christmas morning) saying that my Rivo didn't work out of the box. Well I took it back to the retailer and exchanged it without any problems. I just got done brewing my first "white chocolate mocha" and "salted carmel" lattes. It is SO good. Just like I expected it to be based on all the reviews. I gave a bad review yesterday, but left room to ammend my review once I got to use the Rivo. Two thumbs up. I'd totally recommend it to a friend.

I was extremely nervous to make this purchase as I'm a daily coffee shop gal. So far I've been very impressed with the system! I've been able to froth/heat milk AND almond milk with no problems! My biggest complaint would be that I prefer a warmer brewing temperature.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Easy to use, Pleasing Roast

I have been to Italy. One thing that Italy has that I have not found any other place is the best cappuccino. This brewer gives you that italian cappuccino taste without going to Italy to get it. One suggestion if you want the true italian taste use the intentso pod.
