Great Addition To The Keurig Family

Again, Keurig has done it with the Rivo. I thought that the original Keurig coffee brewer was the greatest thing since sliced bread, but this Rivo comes as close to great as you can get. Living in Seattle, we've done the Latte, Mochachino, etc, etc for over 20 years and have owned some "upper level" latte machines. Nothing comes close to the Rivo. Nothing. It's fast set up, easy to use operation is a dream. Love the way the "espresso pods" fall into a closed chamber behind the pouring system. Frothing the milk is great as well. It's hot, it's fast, it's pretty amazing how the whole process works and TASTES! This is not your fathers Nespresso. This Rivo ROCKS!

A wonderful Find!

Easy to use, great results....plus I get to use my own healthy milk! I am even more happy that, with the limited coffee choices I get a fair traded coffee choice! My favorite Keurig brewer (yes, I now own all three brewers)!

Best Latte ever

I'm make myself a latte and my mom at cappuccino. She tells me that when I make it, it looks professional. I'm happy with the Rivo, I'm a coffee person. I have the rivo and the regular Keurig coffee maker. I live in Seattle the number 1 coffee city, so the rivo is awesome!

We have only had our Rivo for three days in our tax office and WE LOVE IT. We were spending so much money on Starbucks everyday that this will be a life saver for everyone in the office.

Easy to use much better than a pump with separate froth. Just received unit today. And after about 8 I feel like an expert every one just keeps getting better. Once you find your froth setting it is the same every time. I am hooked. No more trips to coffee shop. Everyone should have one.. Only problem is not sure what to do with k cups and old machine :D

1st one didn't work out of the box

I was so excited to get my Rivo as an early Christmas present. When I brought it home from the store, it wouldn't work. I called Keurig customer service, and he was NOT helpful. How would washing the water reservoir with soap and water fix a broken machine? After 30 minutes on the phone, the machine still wouldn't work so I took it back. 2nd time around the machine works perfectly. Evidently there was a broken part in the first, brand new machine. Keurig-try some quality control please. This was my first purchase from you and not a good way to start. That said, the machine makes nice hot frothy milk, and quick delicious brewed coffee. It's very easy to use and quite impressive. Having fun trying the different combinations.

3AM Decision

I decided to purchase the Rivo brewer after seeing an infomercial on a sleepless night. We were moving, love to entertain, and besides, EVERYTHING is a fabulous idea at 3AM. Never mind the fact I'm not a regular coffee drinker, but do occasionally enjoy an espresso or cappuccino if we're at a coffee shop. I have to say it was one of my best early morning decisions, ever, and I'm completely hooked on lattes. I'm familiar with Keurig as our son has the original model. My main concern was taste, but after reading all of the reviews decided it was worth the test. Glad I did as I now mainline lattes daily. Even my husband, who is a traditional coffee drinker (by the pot) enjoys the brewer. I've had all three caffeinated roasts. Delicato and Classico are my favorites; Intenso put hair on my chest. As a rule I'm not a fan of dark roasts unless I need an eye opener, but even the dark roast I found to be balanced and smooth. Honestly, I wouldn't change a thing. I love it!

Great Product with Great Flavor

I purchased this machine just yesterday and I've made a couple of Very Tasty expresso drinks. I had a Professional Grade Expresso Machine and this measures up with that machine in flavor and complexity for less price (about 1/4 the price) and less work to end product. I've had a Keurig K-cup machine for sometime now and expect that I will experience the same here. Well Worth it.
