What I've been looking for!

My husband was so skeptical when I bought this machine! He went on and on how he's tried others before and how difficult and annoying those machines were. He uses this machine EVERY morning, and sometimes even at night, now! I wanted an option to having to stop by coffee shops to get the drinks I love and this is it for me! I would highly recommend it to latte and cappuccino drinkers everywhere!!
Pros: Easy to use, Time Saver, Fun to Use

Great Cappuccino, almost perfect machine

Last year we switched from Tassimo to the then newest Keurig; Just this week, we purchased RIVO. Not daily coffee drinkers, weekend cappuccino/latte enthusiasts is more like it. We peviously used Lavazza coffee in old style expresso machine - good results but pain to make and keep steamer nozzel clean. Rivo is simple to use and we are totally impressed with cappuccino results using the Lavazza medium roast cups. We were plesantly surprised to find that Rivo was better than many restaurant cappuccino's. We are using fat free half and half. There are two negatives: 1) not sure why Keurig did not incorporate a simple water filter in RIVO - our tassimo and other Keurig have filter integrated right in the water resevoir. This is a significant negative especially since Keurig has been using filter technology for years - however because the cappuccino is so good, we will deal with this. They recommend bottled or filtered water; 2) Cappiccuino temperature is ok, but seems it should be several degrees hotter. I will have to measure it with a thermometer and check against standard.

This machine is amazing! Coffee house style expresso drinks for less than $1! Very easy to use and the drinks come out incredible.

I LOVE IT! It combines the simplicity of the single cup brewing system into the wonders of an espresso maker with ease. It is hassle free! The espresso is in reality way more impressive than I expected. It has the beautiful layering of flavor that you would want when getting an espresso from a coffee shop! I can now make my "professional" lattes or cappuccinos with ease!!! It frothes the milk perfectly with a touch of a button! You can make hot or cold beverages which with my standard Keurig system I was disappointed with the cold coffee feature...mainly because I am an espresso drink lover. Clean-up is a breeze simply clean out the milk frother with soap and water and wipe down the machine as necessary and empty the drip tray when the indicator floats to the top. A neat feature with this system is instead of having to empty the single cup after each use it has a discard bin that will hold up to 12 packs meaning no need to touch the used cup simply empty the bin into the trash when full. I have never used a simpler espresso maker!!! I highly recommend it!

Coffee House Taste At Home, Love It!

No longer have to run to my local coffee house. I can easily prepare my favorite espresso's, cappuccino's or latte's the way I like them anytime! Working at home I enjoy being able to go to my kitchen to get a cup whenever I desire. Each variety of LavAzza espresso tastes great and is very satisfying! You won't be disappointed with the Keurig Rivo system!

Bring the Coffee House Home!

I love a good Cappuccino and my husband loves strong coffee. This is perfect for both of us! The taste is fabulous and it is soooooo easy!!! I can't wait to get up in the morning so I can have another cup. I have no doubt that I will be wide awake ALL day. Thanks for a great product.

I could sit here and say something that appeals too a coffee snob but I'll round it up by saying THIS IS THE BEST BREWER AND REFILLS ON THE MARKET...PERIOD. Don't drop 1500.00 bucks on another brand. They do make them any better.... even in Palermo

Very nice, and so easy to use vs other machines I've owned, however could not find the coffee to purchase anywhere locally, had to order through Keurig. Also am waiting on a replacement from them, the lid would not stay closed thus stopped working after 1 wk. Hope it was just odd one, and I'm not a Guinea pig for their new product!
Pros: Frothing Is Spot On, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
