My boyfriend loves his Rivo!

I bought this Keurig for my boyfriend for Christmas. It's his THIRD Keurig machine. He just got the Rivo today and already has used it twice in the few hours he's had it! Although we had to wait over a month for it to get here, it was well worth it. I just wish Keurig made more coffee choices for the Rivo.
Pros: Great Look, Not Too Big, Fast
Cons: Loud, Not enough coffee choices

Easiest cappucino ever

I have a regular Keurig Elite I use every day. I was thinking of the Vue for cappuccinos but when I saw the Rivo was coming out and you would use fresh milk I decided to wait for it. This machine is worth every penny. I haven't had it a full week but I've made cappuccinos, lattes and the iced drinks are especially good. The espresso shots are perfect every time. They have a nice crema and color. All four varieties that come with the Rivo are excellent. The best part may be how easy it is to froth your milk. Just measure to the fill line and push the button. Clean up is a breeze. I had another brand pump espresso machine that was getting very little use after I bought my Elite. But now I don't have to grind coffee, etc. I can be drinking my cappuccino in under 2 minutes. The only complaint I saw when reading reviews was temperature - and I have to say this makes drinks hot enough to burn my tongue if not careful. No cons at this time at all!

We love it- but it has one major flaw

This system is well designed and easy to use. It's fast and makes wonderful lattes, hot and iced. Although the first one was defective, Keurig replaced it right away with one that works. Sometimes the frothing wand needs adjusting. Here are the negatives: you are stuck buying their little pods. If you want a grande, you must use two. You can only buy them in an 18 pack from limited retailers. The pods are a small size, so you cannot use any other pods that you find at the market or big box stores. There is no cute little cup that you can reuse with your own fresh ground espresso beans. I think this is the biggest flaw. You cannot recycle the pods. Otherwise, it's great and makes a perfect latte every time.

Cons: Cannot Recycle Pods, Can't Use Fresh Ground

This machine is better than Starbucks or Bigbys!!! i love the ease of using it and how quick it is. Can't wait to do a Pumpkin Spice Latte in it. I use the flavored creams and add a little water or skim milk when I froth Wowsa!!! Love this machine Thanks Keurgig!!! Tried several others but this is the best!!

I have used thousand dollar units and there is no comparison, the Rivo is better! Easy to use, easy clean up, perfect foam, perfect coffee flavor, excellent price. It can get addicting because it is so easy and fast.

My husband wanted this machine. I wasn't to keen on the idea, but I love my husband. I surprised him by buying it. I surprised myself by enjoying it as well!! The frother is fast & easy & the coffee is delicious. It would be nice to have a mocha expresso.

Heaven in my Kitchen

Purchased with great skepticism. I was convinced there was no way this machine would be able to duplicate my favorite latte. Oh was I WRONG!!! My lattes are Amazing! The frothing system is great. The only complaint I have and it's definitely not a deal breaker is that I wish the milk container could froth a greater amount for larger mugs. I love this machine so much I purchased a second one for our small office.

This Rivo has turned my breakfast into an experience! I've substituted my second cup of coffee with a cappuccino. Results like a professional machine. I use Almond Milk, and the Rivo makes a great froth with it. This provides a great low cal snack in the afternoon....or I can treat myself after a dinner out with my favorite espresso or cappuccino in DECAF.
