2.0 Replaces Older Keurig

To be clear, the only reason I purchased my 2.0 is that my old Keurig that I'd had for 6 years finally died. I like the single cup concept because I can get a cup when I want and it's always fresh. I was getting to the point that I would put on a pot of coffee in the morning and would throw half of it out in the afternoon because I wasn't drinking it fast enough and it would burn. Be it as it may, I bought the 2.0, not because I would need the multi-cup capability (although I may at sometime), but I got a great deal on it. As with my old Keurig, I mostly love it. I have it set to come on at 8am and off at 12 noon. I use it strictly for a single cup (haven't tried the carafe yet). A quick, single cup of coffee, right when I get up in the morning. However, I've had it less than one week and already had to call tech support because the water stopped flowing when brewing. Turned out to be coffee grounds stopping up the needle (odd after less than 1 week of use). In the settings, I set my brewer to auto on/off at 8 a.m. and 12 noon, and also enable the energy saver (as I had my old Keurig set). But I'm finding on the 2.0 that the energy saver takes precedence over the auto on/off. I would like the auto on/off range to be maintained, then the energy saver take over in the afternoon. As I've said earlier, I like the single cup concept. But as many others have said in reviews, what I don't like is being forced to using the K-Cups. I don't like flavored coffees, so anything beyond the store brand is a waste of money for me. I've read some reviews and seen some videos about hacking the 2.0, but I'm not into cutting wires and voiding my warranty. Peeling the foil off a K-cup and placing it on my Café Cup works, so I'll get by with that. Using the star system, I like the single cup system, but have some issues with some of the settings, so 4 stars; but give it 0 stars for the proprietary enforcement of their K-Cups. Tech support gets 4 stars for their customer service and support. 2 Stars overall. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

I start my day with coffee since I got the KEURIG my day starts easy an very good every time .Since we got this Keurig we had to buy one for our or camper also . They both make the same coffee time an time again , I never could do that with any other coffee machine ever !!! Can't find anything I dislike about the Keurig ! Very convenience this product is terrific.

I USE MIME DAILY SEVERAL TIMES A DAY I LOVE THE DIFFERENT SIZE OF CUPS THIS OFFERS AND USE THEM DEPENDING WHEN I MAKE MY COFFEE I WAS A LITTLE UPSET WHEN I WENT TO USE IT AFTER A FEW DAYS AND IT WOUD NOT WORK. I have used two Keurig machines prior to this one. I told myself if this one didn't last, I would never buy another one. The first two worth fine until they stopped working. This one has nice graphics and works fine so far but they are to expensive to have to buy one every 18 months or less.

I love using my Rivo! We caught it on sale about two years ago and I must say we use it often. I rarely by Starbucks or Dunkin Lattes now. Our guest love to use the machine as well when we entertain. I love the fact that it's quick and we can use soy or almond milk vs using our old Tassimo which required they milk pods.

I am beyond impressed with this machine! I purchased three syrups from Biggby to go with this. Carmel marvel, mocha, and white lighting. They can be ordered by calling their customer service number. With these syrups and this amazing machine I will be making my own lattes. Better than coffe houses in my opinion! Can't brag enough on this new edition to my kitchen!
