I wish I made commisson off of promoting

My wife and I first saw this machine before Christmas and considered it. We were not coffee drinkers until we bought our first keurig single serve several years ago and mainly made ice coffees. the reviews we saw had been mostly positive so we decided to give it a try. We have used it everyday since then. It always produces a great cup of coffee and now we drink both hot and cold beverages. I am constantly being asked at work "where did that cup of latte or cappuccino came from" followed by "you made that"? The machine clean up each morning it a breeze. It is well worth the purchase and we would do it again.

A must have for coffee addicts

Keurig Rivo is a great cappuccino and latte system. Having in mind I am an avid coffee drinker this system is a must have appliance in my home. Since I received it from Houseparty.com, I started using it immediately and even use it several times per day. Now I actually look forward to getting up early because I can enjoy a great tasting beverage without having to leave my home, wait in line at the coffee shop and spend a bunch of money on one drink. The system is very innovative and stylish. The coffee is great tasting and has a wonderful & strong aroma and a fresh and deep taste. I have tried all 4 available Lavazza packs and my favorite is the Espresso Classico, then the Espresso Intenso, Espresso Delicato, and Espresso Decaf. I have brewed many lattes and cappucinos and they are according to me way better than any coffeehouse beverage I have tried and having in mind I live in Seattle I have tried many lattes & cappucinos. The system makes lattes & cappucinos with stronger and sharper taste than the ones I have bought outside. But most of the time I don't even use milk. I just use water and a single coffee pod and use the Lungo setting button. I press the button 3 times without changing the pod and the result is a cup of coffee which according to me is way better than an Americano and it is really addictive but energizing. The system is also very easy to use - it turns off automatically after 2 minutes it has been idle and maybe the different thing from the previous machine I have used is that the user shouldn't press the power button to turn it off but rather just wait. At my house party all of my guests also loved it.

Brewed My Heart Over!

I have owned a Keurig K-Cup Brewer for three years now. I had no idea that they made A Cappuccino, Espresso & Latte machine until I heard about it through House Party and was lucky enough to receive one from them. I had my doubts that it would come close to making anything like a coffehouse beverage. But I have to say I was utterly impressed after making my first Rivo creation! The taste of the brew is phenomenal and can be enhanced with endless flavors and recipes. I love how you can choose either steamed milk, or a thick froth with the option to heat it or keep it chilled. One machine for both hot and iced drinks! Not only is it really easy to use but it's easy to clean as well! I love how you don't have to remove the coffee pods after each use because it has the container inside to catch them. I think the Rivo design is so innovative, trendy & classy. It looks so sleek sitting on my counter. My family and friends all love it so much at times we have argued who's making theirs first! This truly is a top quality machine that exceeded my expectations and it will surpass yours too! I definitely recommend the Rivo! After all it brewed my heart over!

Love this machine

Makes a very good cappuccino without a lot of fuss. Have had other espresso machines and they are work... this isn't. It is very user friendly. And the pods are real coffee, although I have to use two pods to get the true espresso taste, and I really miss the smell of grinding beans. Ordered white chocolate syrup, and I can now make an excellent white chocolate cappuccino.
Pros: Can Buy At Bbb, Smooth Taste, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Simple To Use And Clean, Not Bitter, Pleasing Roast

My new best friend

I used to spend $4.00 a morning on a latte. Now I make a double espresso (brew 2 pods) and froth 2% milk for an awesome DIY latte. It takes me 2 minutes, seriously. And it's so easy, even I can do it. :-) I rinse the frother and pitcher with hot water when I'm done, and I have never had any problems with stickiness or cleaning issues. LOVE this product.

I will never use any other machine again

I was a Starbuck junkie, but really wanted an easy to use espresso maker for home because I was so tired of the expense and hassle of going to get a good coffee drink. Now I can make a drink any time I want. I love having the choice of 4 different intensities love that I can make a decaf too. The RIVO is an awesome machine and worth every penny. I will recommend it to everyone I know. So easy to use, clean and love the look of it.

This system is so easy to use and is very attractive on my kitchen counter top. I serve cappuccino to friends and family and every time they say it is the best coffee they have ever had. It is like a never ending gift!

Broken twice!

This machine first broke down after one week. Kerrigan replaced it. Second machine broke down same way(puncture needle broke). It was less than two years old. Too expensive to send back to Keurig for new repair. Has been on storage shelf for over a year. Will probably discard soon for another brand.
