My son lives in Hawaii, me in Buffalo NY. He has a Rivo...tried it there, loved it! Actually ordered mine from there to have when I arrived home. People complaining about lack of flavor choices, get some syrups. I have carmel, hazelnut, vanilla, I mix them all sometimes, just a touch of each, great taste! I love this machine! I even treat myself and use 1/2 & 1/2 sometimes! yikes! but its great with skim too! This machine does not dissappoint. My frother was not working correctly and they sent me a new one within days. Great company! OH and Club Keurig! Earn points for free gifts! What more can you ask for! most times pods are 15% off too! Great machine! love it!

We are totally addicted to the Keurig. Love the coffee pods and the short brewing time. However, the cost is 10 times that of brewing a simple pot of coffee using your own brand.

I went through 3 brewers before I finally got one that functioned right. Ironically I received the 4th brewer as a gift and it is working great, very satisfied with it. The other brewers were replaced by Keurig and they were extremely helpful but the computer in them kept malfunctioning. I never gave up on the Keurig I just wanted one to work for me. I am, however, very thrilled with the 4th one.
Pros: The Coffee Was Great
Cons: The Brewers Malfunctioned

Whenever I have a problem I call and there is always someone to help me with the machine. The coffee I use is great and I even bought a 350 Keurig for my daughter and son.
