I have been a coffee addict since I got to the cold, dark, and icy state of Alaska almost 4 yrs ago. All they really have up here is Kaladi Bros Coffee and Starbucks, and the both of them consistanly serve inconsistent espresso beverages. Either the coffee beans are burned, the milk wasn't steamed/frothed fully, there was too much syrup, too little syrup, or it was like they did all of the above and spat in your coffee on top of everything. After so many years of spending roughly $4 per espresso from these places and only enjoying them 1/4th of the time, I bought an original Keurig machine. It was great, I love the variety in products and versatility of the machine, but I wanted ESPRESSO. So I bought a cheap little $60 Krups Espresso machine, which was better than plain drip coffees and gross chain-coffee espressos, but the machine broke down a couple of times, was extremely loud and messy, and it just became more of a hassle, so after months of research on multiple espresso machines, I got the Rivo. I have tried all 4 espresso pods (they were great!), and I love the 3 different ways you can froth your milk. I have had it for a little over a week, and I love this machine. The froth is amazing, the crema from the espresso is fantastic, the guide and recipe books are both also AMAZING. I also love that I have complete control over what MY beverage tastes like, and I'm never let down. This was the best thing I could have ever invested in. No more spending $4 every day on bad espressos. Thank you Kuerig!!! P.S., Keurig, if you read this, PLEASE consider making more espresso pods! Yes, the original 4 are far from amazing, but I know that you can bring out more flavors and roast types. Just think about how much money people are spending on these Rivos and LOVE them. We'd just have more stuff to spend money on and love in the end. Oh, and maybe also making different Rivo Machine colors too (:

Bought this for my husband and it is such a great coffee maker for individual cups of coffee since everyone that uses it like different coffee. I don't have to make multiple pots of coffee for just a few cups. The only thing I don't like about the Keurig is that it takes a few minutes in between each cup to make. Other than that it makes a great cup of coffee and very easy to use. I love the feature with how heavy of a brew that you want. I like it strong where my husband likes a more mellow cup of coffee.

I use this product when I want a delicious latte. It's a great product however, it's too limiting. There are no pods for tea. I love tea lattes. It's too limiting.

Absolutely love this purchase! We bought the Rivo to be able to offer specialty coffees when we have guests for dinner. We absolutely love making cafe con leche as a special treat. I cannot believe how well it froths any type of milk and the espresso pulls are perfection!

Good replacement for Vue

I bought this because the Vue pods were becoming very difficult to find and the variety was very limited. It's a good thing that the Vue pods will work in this brewer because the K-cup pods only brew a 6oz cup.

I love a good Latte. This machine makes as good a Latte as I have had anywhere. The fact is, I'm enjoying the Lattes so much that I haven't used it for anything else yet.
