Steamer Issues

As a coffee aficionado, I was thrilled to buy the Rivo. The small compact brewer plus amazing coffee flavors perks me up every morning. Major complaint is the plastic steamer now has multiple cracks on the steamer and now the insides of the top is also falling apart. Tried on line to get a replacement as well as the store but accessories are not sold separately. I need help !!!
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

I use this machine on a daily basis to make lattes. Very easy and simple to use. Froth's milk pretty much perfect. Much cheaper than buying lattes at coffee shops on a regular basis.
Pros: Makes A Great Milk Froth, Very Simple To Use, Smooth Taste, Not Bitter, Pleasing Aroma, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor
Cons: No Water Filter Feature

I will update this post as things change, I have had my Rivo for two months and almost from the very beginning the milk or froth would not be hot. The first time this happened I was not sure how everything worked and didn't realize that it hadn't steamed the milk. There wasn't much froth, but the instructions say do not steam the milk more than once. So I poured it in my cup and had to microwave it. Since than it happens at least three times a week, but I have since learned that I am not resteaming the milk because it never steamed in the first place, so I push the button again and the steam feature kicks on, you'll learn this from the noise it makes when it is steaming. So I called customer service, and after much explaining and reexplaining the lady decided I needed a new steam wand, that's fine it that's the problem but it was two days out of the box when it did it the first time, its hard to believe that the wand would be clogged after two days of use. So really undecided if this was a good purchase or not. But at this point can't see recommending it to some one to have the same problems I'm having.
Pros: Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma

Really a great brewer for made-to-order, taste-of-Italy cappuccino, latte and breve. And, guess what, about a dollar a cup for a gourmet taste. Love this machine!

I was VERY hesitant to purchase. However, after experiencing a demo, I bought it. I love the end result...a great latte. My only concern is that it's all plastic. I have never had any luck with cheap looking plastic. So i'm keeping my fingers crossed!

I own a 1200$ espresso machine (that is amazing) but this is my go to machine for a quick, flavourful cappuccino. My only concerns, 1) are the unit sometimes doesn't recognize the insertion of the milk frother and it has to be reinserted and 2) is the unit popular enough to stay on the market?

I have purchased three keurig coffee machines because they are wonderful. So when the Rivo became available at a great price of course I had to have it. After purchasing other cappuccino machines that ended up in the garbage Because of inadequate performance I knew that I could depend on the quality of keurig. So I made the purchase and was not disappointed. The best on the market in my opinion.

I've had several espresso machines ( la Pavoni, cappucinno stove top maker from William Sonoma and hand held milk frothers), this machine produces the BEST crema and milk froth from any other products we've tried. We use Lavazza espresso and have for years, so we didn't care about having more options for different brand espresso. This has been the best coffee machine purchase I've made in years and less expensive than other machines. Excellent flavor and creamy texture!!!
