love my Rivo, but...............

i use my Rivo everyday, sometimes twice a day, i need to replace the frothier and heating element. This is the only drawback for this machine. It saves me quite a lot of money no more trips to the expensive coffee shops.
Pros: Saves Me Alot Of Money, Easy to use
Cons: Milk Frothier Doesnt La, Need A New Frothier

I had the machine for less than two months and it started praying hot water behind the machine. I returned it and with in a couple months the new one started doing the same thing. The service is very slow. They do not follow through.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Really looked forward to getting this brewer and was very excited when it was delivered. After using it a few times. I realized that the coffee or the milk is not hot enough. If I brew the coffee and then froth, the whole thing is lukewarm. Instead of slowly sipping a nice cappiccino or latte, I have to gulp it down before it gets cold. So consequently I hardly use the machine. No I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like it, but disappointed

Bought the Rivo in Dec. 2014. I use it about 2 times per week. Last week the handle on the top wouldn't go down. Checked the basket that catches the pods, it wasn't full. I moved the handle up and down and a pod fell out of no where. Thought that would solve the problem, it didn't. The pod goes in and holes get punched on the top, but the mechanism that punches the bottom doesn't work due to handle not going down. Called Keurig, they are sending me a new machine! Very nice, but really, after 5 months and maybe making 50 to 75 cups of coffee it should not have died on me. Little nervous about getting another machine.
Pros: Very Good Coffee
Cons: Cheap Plastic

I LOVE this machine as I dont drink plain brewed coffee HOWEVER they need to carry it in stores and/or make a reusable pod. It would also be nice if they had cocoa pods.

So for the last week or so I've been spending lots of money at Starbucks! I decided to stop making Starbucks rich and bring Starbucks home and bought this little machine the Keurig Rivo! The Keurig Rivo came thru, it's a serious winner! The Espresso is rich and bold, the froth is nice and thick and both are hot! I'll be experimenting over the weekend!
