I'm not a coffee drinker at all. But, I don't mind a good cup of cappuccino or latte with the flavored creamers. The temperature is just right.

I use my Rivo machine any time of the day. I love it! My favorite roast is Lavazza Intenso, but I wish there could be more than just 4 options. The end result is always delicious and I love how the machine comes with a recipe book. Everything with the machine is wonderful, including the espresso, but my challenge is getting my orders sooner. Although the pods are sent via FedEx to the Northern Mariana Islands, it is redelivered to USPS via surface mail, which takes 30-40 days to arrive. I sent an inquiry to the company and I was told that I needed to call customer service, but the toll free number does not work from my area. It's very frustrating. In this area, I give a rating of 1 star (sorry).
Pros: Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma, Yum Gourmet Espresso, Pleasing Roast
Cons: Pods To Cnmi 30 Days, Only 4 Flavors, Pods 2 Cnmi Arrives30days

I used to go to Starbucks every single day but not anymore! From vanilla lattes to using the milk steamer for hot chocolate, I get the same taste and drinks right at home with my Rivo. I highly recommend this product!

I stopped going to Starbucks ever since I got this Machine. This machine makes the best coffees and it does it very FAST. We used to have a $750 one that took forever to get the foam for cappuccinos and honestly it did not taste as good. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This machine is fantastic. I recieved it as a gift from family and the expresso is dynamic. I love an expresso, latte, or cappuccino after dinner or in the morning. It's so refreshing. The customer service is fantastic from the keurig company. I have the keurig 2.0 and this machine and will never go back to traditional coffee machines.

trouble with frother

I use my Keurig daily. Make iced espresso/milk and put it in my yeti cup and it stays cool and icy for 8 hours. I sip on it all day. The only downside is I have to hit the heat/froth/milk button twice to get it hot enough if I want a hot latte. I do not get much froth at all anymore. I have purchased 3 of these machines- one for me, two as gifts.

I love my brewer, so much it's the most convenient way for me to have my coffee and tea with out wasting, it's always fresh. I make it as I desire to have a fresh cup of coffee or tea as the need arises. It's such a nice thing to have no worries just a lot of good tasting coffee and tea's. It's also wonderful for me and my house guest to have a desired cup of coffee or tea of their choice.... The K-cups work very well for me. Thank you, Kay
