Outstanding Espresso quality - Rivo !

the machine itself has been expertly crafted and the delivery of the espresso is outstanding. I already own a K-cup Keurig machine but my new Rivo is just perfect. Its the first thing i consume every morning and the last drink i have before bed. To be honest, the Rivo just works perfectly ( and is so easy to clean ) Thanks Keurig, you have a winner here !

It is great to be able to make a latte or expresso when I want it and that is easy to prepare. I have been offered free expresso pods in exchange for submitting this review.

My husband and I have had a Keurig brewer since the first year it was introduced for home use. We have always been very satisfied with the Brewers and recommended it to all our friends; several of which purchased Brewers themselves. When the 2.0 was introduced, we decided to upgrade as our Platinum brewer as it was 4 years old and we were beginning to experience problems. We brought the 2.0, registered it and in less than a month water was not coming out. We called customer service and they instructed my husband on how to unclog the brewer. It worked a little short of 1 month, and again we had to call customer service as now we thought the brewer was defective. Again, we had to unclog the system. We bought the system in mid Noverber and have already had to unclog and clean it 3 times. In addition, customer service is definitely not as customer friendly as they once were. This machine apparently needs constant cleaning and the customer service reps know it as they would not even consider that my brewer is defective. Finally, we make approximately only 7 cups per week and do not brew all day.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We originally had the B70 Platnum Keurig an diet lasted 2 years. We are not just your average users. It really brewed some serious coffee. It stopped brewing and we couldn't get this one anymore so we got the 2.0 450. We have had it for a few days and so far so good. The only thing we would change is that it doesn't brew a travel mug size like our other one. Thanks Kurig for the free Kcups.

This is the best Latte ever. It is so smooth and very tasty. I like to add a little vanilla flavoring to make it sweet. I've been spoiled!

k-cups and caraffe are both great products. Convenience of making a caraffe when I have company. I don't like the fact that I can only use Keurig approved k-cups
