This machine is great at my office. Three o'clock marks iced latte time. Me and my co-workers love the Rivo, it makes the rest of our day at the office fly by. Easy to use and clean it is perfect for the office environment.

this is a great money saving device I save about 5$ a day on two cappuccinos just wish they had a better variety of pods to chose from and I cant find the pods at my stores

I use the Rivo system daily and like how easy it is to make a nice cappuccino or latte to go along with my lunch and dinner. It's easy to clean and only takes a minute for clean up. The beverages are delicious. The only thing I dislike is the location of the power button. I have to feel around until I find it. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I have had my Rivo for a little over a month. I am extremely disappointed to say that I am having trouble with the espresso brewing and now the heating element for the frother is no longer working. I was enjoying a cup 3-4 times a week until now. I am going to return this to bed bath and beyond hoping that the next one will not break. I know things happen with machines but not with regular use and only having it a month!!! side note: I recommend this product only because when it actually works it is wonderful.

I love this new Keurig 2.0. It takes the kcups and my old vue cups. Easy to use and really like the size selections. The design is much nicer in that I can open the lid better under my cabinet. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We have owned several Espresso makers but this is by far the best. Simple to use and cleaning is a breeze. Only thing is I wish some of the big box stores would carry the pods. Right now only BB&B carry them or order online.
