Love the convenience

I love this product. I use it at least three times a week. The only thing I wish was different about this system is the lack of variety of flavors. I love Starbucks' coffee and I wish I could get their espresso flavors. Also, it would be nice if this brewed regular coffee as well. Other than that, this is a great product.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Easy to clean, Easy to use, Smooth Taste
Cons: Not enough variety

I love this being able to make one cup at a time. I no longer waste coffee when having to make full pot and not able to drink it all. I love the easy way of making tea too. So handy when a friend stops by and I can offer her cup of coffee quickly.

I have had my Rivo for about a year now. It has been a great investment. I no longer have to go out to get a good latte, I can make it right at home. It is easy to clean, convenient and taste great. My only complaint that I hope they add to their next model, would be to make the milk cup larger. It only froths up to 6 oz of milk at a time and I prefer larger cups.

I was disappointed at first when I used the frother for my cappuccino - it didn't make enough froth - then I read a review that suggested using the cold froth selection subsequent to the initial frothing, which I did - the froth was acceptable, but the temperature had cooled off - so, what I've done is use the cappuccinco setting/use the cold froth setting/go back to the cappuccino setting and give it 20 or so pulses/pumps of steam & then it's perfect!! of course, the down side is that you have to stand over it and carefully watch that second round on the cappuccino setting because the milk with scald and the froth overflow it goes to long - but if you are willing to commit a little extra time and diligence, the reward is worth it!!
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Fairly Easy To Use, Smooth Taste, Not Bitter, Pleasing Roast
Cons: Not enough choices, Cannot Use My Own Coffee

So much easier to use over the grind and tamp machines. The results are the same as or better then the pricier machines. No fuss no muss. All this and great Keurig customer service make this a no brainer.

I bought this on a whim. I saw it and was curious about it. I did some research and feel in love with it. I really liked that I could make Cappuccinos & Lattes. I don't usually drink hot coffees so the thought that I could make a cold froth and make an iced coffee made me really by this machine. I was actually originally looking at buying the Nespresso machine but when I read about and watched the videos about the Rivo I got sucked in and I knew this was the machine I wanted. I had a little trouble when I first tried to brew the first time but after that I have got it down and it is perfect! This is an amazing espresso machine!
