Tastes Better than Most Coffee Shops

After years of paying a fortune at coffee shops for lattes, I decided to give this machine a try. My husband, having developed his taste for espresso beverages while stationed in Italy, had no hope for this product. He was instantly hooked after the first cup! He even stated it was the best espresso he'd had since returning stateside. I love that, unlike other similar machines, I am able to use my own milk so I can choose my preferred milk-fat ratio. I have always had flavors and syrups added to my lattes from coffee shops, but this espresso is so smooth that I only need to add a tiny bit of sugar.

Best Christmas present ever

I bought the system online for a Christmas present for the family. I could not have made a better choice as it is in use every day. The only problem is that we have a line formed in front of the machine every morning.

Love the Rivo

I love this machine! I didn't realize how easy it is to make yummy coffee drinks! All my guest were impressed how easy it to use the Rivo and coffee taste great! I even use the milk frother for my son's favorite hot cocoa! For a cappuccino and Latte system the Rivo is great. I would love it if Rivo and K cup machines were all in 1 product! It would be nice to have only 1 coffee appliance on my counter vs 2. Occasionally I would like a good cup of tea or hot water for my son's oatmeal which I use my K cup machine. I tried using the Rivo for hot water only and it leaves coffee residue (even after 4 run cycles). For now I will have to find counter space for both machine!

Love it This machine is a big hit in our house and with our guests, only needs regular coffee brewing capabilities, brew espresso and froth milk at same time, user choices on time out setting.

I love the Rivo!

I am a big fan of the original Keurig, but I am more of an espresso drink fan than a regular coffee fan. When the opportunity arose for me to receive this machine and host a party sharing it with my friends and family, I jumped at the chance. My drink of choice are iced caramel mocha's and those can become an expensive habit if you are buying them from a coffee shop on a regular basis. The Rivo makes DELICIOUS iced mocha's that are just as awesome as what you can get from a coffee shop. I also have made cappuccinos, lattes, and a hot mocha. Every single drink has been perfect. In the beginning I had my Husband make the drinks because he used to be a barista at a popular coffee establishment but the man has a job so after the weekend I had to make them myself. I was so surprised how fast and easy the Rivo is to use and I got the same amazing results every time. One of my favorite features of this machine is that the espresso packs fall into a holding area when you are done and you can just dump them when that gets full instead of remembering to do it every time you are done making your drink. I was also really surprised with the size of the lungo shots. When the milk is frothing it is really entertaining to watch and the whole thing cleans up really easily. The only cons that I have noticed with this machine are that you can't make the espresso and froth the milk at the same time, and it automatically powers down after what seems like 2 minutes. That only really affects you if you are a busy Mom like me and have to run and help a child while waiting for your water to heat and when you come back you notice that you have to turn it on and start the process all over again. I recommend this machine to anyone who spends a fortune on coffee house drinks and loves espresso.

Easy to use, great machine!

This product is very easy to use and clean. The cappuccinos and lattes taste great. The recipe book included has easy to follow instructions so it's impossible to mess up. It is my new favorite! I have other Keurig products so I new this one would be easy to use and produce a great tasting drink. But the Rivo has surpassed my expectations!
