Love the coffee,always have

I have a few gripes about the pot itself,not the coffee,I have always used this coffee,so I know it's good,it the coffee maker itself...the price is high,so it should work better..sometimes my milk is cold,the froth could be better..it's the water that falls in the tray at the bottom is my biggest gripe..you have to continuously dump this out,now really for the price you pay this is crazy..every time I use it,it has to be dumped...they could have made this better..by the time I sit and drink my coffee it's cooled off..I am thinking of getting another coffee maker that Lavazza puts out...so much better made..
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Roast, Balanced Acidity, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Best coffee, Not Bitter

Too much hype not enough choices

I don't like the fact that there are no reusable cups for this machine. I didn't realize when I bought it that I would be so limited. K-cup has exploded the Rivo has gone no where. I like my brand of espresso sometimes. I also don't like the sediment that comes with the coffee. Maybe a reusable cup with a better filtering would fix the problem.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma

I absolutely LOVE my Keurig! I was ecstatic when I found out I was receiveing one curtiosy from Influenster. I love to drink hot beverages but ironically do not own a coffee marker of any kind. I can not believe I have went that long without owing a Keurig! I used to use the microwave to hear my hot beverages up! No more!! The convenience the Keurig brings to my life is amazing! I am always in a hurry and on the go all the time! I am a very busy person who works 12 hour shifts! The fact it takes seconds for my Keurig to warm up and have my beverage brewed is amazing. I love the sleek and professional look it has. I love all of the different kinds of K Cups the Keurig has to offer. I give the Keurig K454 5 stars because it is most certaintly worth it! I can honestly say that given the opportunity to try the Keurig has definitely earned my business! I will be a reoccurring customer!
Pros: Fresh, Quick, Hot, Timely, Worth It

I use my new Keurig daily, and enjoy hot, fresh coffee, upon request throughout the day. No waste! Holidays and family gatherings we have a variety of coffees, teas, and cocoa available - enough to meet everyone's needs. Thanks, Keurig!!

Great latte, needs better user interface

Makes a great cup, and a lot of irritating beeps - I hope this is resolved in future machines. Very, very cheap user interface & electronics. Sad to see a great product marred by such poor choices. The coffee is worth the price, but the buttons, beeps & auto power-off cheapen the experience. powers off way too quickly, no programmable timer, no auto-on, etc. A big step down in usability from the B70.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Perfect Espresso, Smooth Taste, Solid Construction
Cons: Not user-friendly, Slight Plastic Taste, No Power Off Button, Loud Cheap Buzzer, Clumsy Controls

The rivo system

I would like to have ; hot cocoa , tea, pallet cider and have JUST hot water. I thought it had it all,like the Cup. My husband has the K cup and it has more verity. I am sorry I bought the Rivo

Could use improvements.

I am very disappointed of this machine. It made espresso fine. Cappuccinos and Lattes were to strong. The milk froth'er kept over flowing when I had my back turned to it... machine drips way to much after making a drink. If the used cups don't fall the exactly right away into trash bin then you have remove and dump after 3 cups because the cup shoot will not close. It also ate 3 cups new cups during the party... just put them straight thru to the trash bin I had to open and retrieve them. This machine has potential but in my opinion not at all worth $230 I have saw them listed for and does not replace a trip to the coffee shop.
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Way To Strong
