Great product, but hard to clean out.

My wife and I would use this for espresso drinks more, if we didn't have to do cleaning runs every time. Grounds are left over and go into your next cup if you don't do at least 2 cleaning runs without a Rivo cup in it. Other than that this is an amazing machine. It has saved us so much money over going to coffee shops. Finally, there needs to be a wider variety of Rivo cups...3 is ridiculous especially when you need to cups to make a drink taste like it should.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Easy to use, Smooth Taste, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
Cons: Not enough variety, Grounds Left Needs Runx2, Espresso Needs More Kick

I received this from Influenster about a week ago but was just able to open it because we were in the middle of a move. And man has it made this move so much easier! I can make a cup of coffee in less than a minute while chasing my kids and unpacking. At first I was worried it wouldn't be strong enough but it was!
Pros: Fast Easy Little Clean
Cons: K Cups Wasteful

I absolutely just love this machine. I love how the coffee tastes, how you can pick your size and either make it hot or cold froth. My son and I enjoy making so many different inventions. The possibilities are endless. The only downside is that I can't find the pods at any local supermarkets. If I run out of the pods I have to take at least a 20 minute drive, and that's only if there is no traffic. Now I'm moving to New Mexico and hoping that somewhere sells the pods. If more grocery store chains could carry these that would be fantastic. Please make reusable pods because I would like to use my own coffee!

I am so very disappointed in the Rivo products. I love my Platinum Keurig coffee maker. Thought the Rivo, since it was a Keurig product, would also be excellent. It's not! Bitter taste with all the four choices. Too much water in drip pan after just one brewing.

Cons: Too Much Water In Drip Pa, Bitter Taste On All Pods, Pan After Just One Brewin, Very Disappointed

Not what I expected

The Rivo works as described, easy to use and quick. I have even topped off the nonfat milk in the frothing unit with flavored creamer for an enhancement. However, there are a few things I'm disappointed with. 1) The Rivo brew packs are not readily available in stores and you are limited to expresso only. I was expecting to be able to use all of the K-cup drinks. 2) The size of the drink is small. If you are trying to brake your daily stop for a grande latte this won't cut it.
Pros: Ease of use
Cons: Not Enough Verity

This was a waste of money and time. It is difficult to find the large pods. Large pods and small pods are too expensive and do not brew coffee that tastes as good as Taster's Choice instant. I hate this machine. It wastes counter space and I don't use it.
