The machine is so easy to use and to keep clean. I have 3 pod type coffee makers, 2 are Keurig and yes I'm a coff-a-holic. The Rivo is by far the best and the Lavazza coffee is so smooth never leaving a bitter taste even after your 6th cup. My guest ohh and ahhh after they've tasted my coffee.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Roast, Balanced Acidity, Not Bitter

I really like this coffee system

I make two of my grandsons lattes every morning before school. We are able to use fresh milk and they really like them. It is easy to use and makes it easier than buying the stuff from a store and I know that everything is clean and fresh.

I really do not like the taste of coffee. I drink coffee to help reduce migraines. During my pregnancy I cannot take my migraine medicine but hated the taste of coffee. This product works perfect to still get the amount of caffeine I needed to help reduce head ache pain but could blend flavors together to get rid of the coffee flavor I do not enjoy.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Balanced Acidity, Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Not Enough Heat

Altho this machine takes up a bit of counter space, if you like crafted coffee this is the best affordable machine out there! I have used the Keurig coffee machines since they became available on the open market so the product line has an excellent reputation. Also, I did extensive on-line research for espresso machines because I wanted to replace the small one I have had for years and upgrade to a newer machine. Yet I did not want to break the bank! This is a fun machine to use, producing excellent results. The Italian bean line is very flavorful! Now I just need to work on making the fun designs in my frothed milk!!
Pros: Frothing Is Perfect, Outstanding Foam, Easy to use, Attractive, Well Thought Out
Cons: Takes Some Counter Space

I love my Rivo! I use it every day. Prior to owning the Rivo, I had a manual espresso machine that I enjoyed but I wouldn't consider it "easy to use". It was easy enough but required some skill and I never could get the steamed milk exactly right. Since receiving this as a Christmas gift I have used it every morning and most nights. I never have a problem steaming the milk to perfection and the froth is exceptional. I actually prefer the Rivo to most coffee shops.
