Cheap Plastic

The Plastic steamer has cracked and is falling apart after about 6 months of regular use. Not to mention that just about evey coffee company that is worth anything understands the importance of not using plastic at all. Stainless steel is the way to go and I think it says alot about this company that they would rather go cheap than with quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

milk will not froth after about 6 uses

I loved this machine at first, but after only about 6 uses the milk frother has stopped working. I got this for christmas, only 1 month old. I am very disappointed. this is not a cheap item. my husband got it for me.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Pleasing Roast, Smooth Taste, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor
Cons: Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body

only uses rivo pods, the milk frothing is good that is the only good thing about this product. I would return if I could

I love this machine. I use to drink one cup of cappuccino a day. Then I got this machine and I drink 4 cups a day. My only problem is sometimes there is an after taste that is not pleasant. I use spring/ distilled water. Any one other than myself noticing this issue?

Love my new RIVO!

We ordered our machine online and waited "patiently" for our new brewer to arrive! (I checked the front door every day). We love the look of the machine, the ease of use and the fresh milk frother is amazing. Best of all it made a perfectly sized mug of latte deliciousness! LaVazza brand coffee was the icing on the cake - I came to appreciate LaVazza Coffee when traveling in Italy. This is exactly what we have been looking for in a cappuccino/latte machine. Best product in this product sector - hands down! I am telling everyone I know about this new Keurig Rivo. We LOVE our new RIVO - this is a REAL consumer review - just sayin!
Pros: Balanced Acidity, Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste, Not Bitter

This machine makes unbelievably good coffee. Better than the name brand cafe's. This machine makes better tasting coffee than my boyfriends 900.00 expresso maker.

Frother does not warm milk

Unfortunately the Rivo is not doing what its supposed to do. The coffee is great. I can't say the same about the frother. We have to run the machine 3-4 times before it actually starts warming up the milk. We had this issue with the first machine. After contacting Keurig, they sent us a second one as a replacement. Second machine had the same problem. Very inconsistent. Contacted Keurig and they are sending a third machine. I hope this works. I must say, customer service is very helpful.

Honestly, if you prefer cafe beverages over a cup of coffee then this is the machine for you! I like the lattes and cappuccino that I make as much as the ones that I purchase at Starbucks! And I get to use Lavazza espresso...yum!
