Bought it for my wife hoping to cut down on her starbucks trips. It only uses rivo cups and has very few flavors which are all really strong flavors. make sure u know what your getting because it cost a fortune.
Cons: Only Uses Rivo Cups With, Only 4 Flavors
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was much easier to use than I expected. The milk frother is exceptional. Easy to clean and maintain, what more can you ask from a Keurig product !
Pros: Not Bitter, Was Better Than I Thought, Pleasing Roast, Smooth Taste
Cons: None Nada Zilch

Easiest cappucino ever

I have a regular Keurig Elite I use every day. I was thinking of the Vue for cappuccinos but when I saw the Rivo was coming out and you would use fresh milk I decided to wait for it. This machine is worth every penny. I haven't had it a full week but I've made cappuccinos, lattes and the iced drinks are especially good. The espresso shots are perfect every time. They have a nice crema and color. All four varieties that come with the Rivo are excellent. The best part may be how easy it is to froth your milk. Just measure to the fill line and push the button. Clean up is a breeze. I had another brand pump espresso machine that was getting very little use after I bought my Elite. But now I don't have to grind coffee, etc. I can be drinking my cappuccino in under 2 minutes. The only complaint I saw when reading reviews was temperature - and I have to say this makes drinks hot enough to burn my tongue if not careful. No cons at this time at all!
Pros: Delicious Coffee Drinks, Easy to use, Easy to clean

I have saved so much money since getting this, before buying this I was buying lattes 3 or 4 times a day. I only buy lattes when I travel away from home now. The espresso has a nice smooth taste. It froths the milk just right.

Amazing product... Makes perfect froth with fresh milk in less than a minute... Lavazza coffee (is not the best for espresso) taste great ! Best one portion cup brewer you can get on the market... Just kind of hard to get right now up here in Canada !

Perfect in every way

Works great. Have tried all flavors but the decaf and I have no cons at all at this point. Also own a k-cup and vue machine. This will be used for those special treats. Long ago I quit paying high prices for lattes and espresso's in the shops so it will be nice to have them again at home. Great job Keurig, hope it holds up.

Simple to use but issues with frother

We ordered the Rivo on-line and ran into problems out of the box. The frother occasionally does not operate and twice it has overflowed.It is a nice machine but can be improved. Registering the serial number is very difficult.
