The Best Espresso Machine!

I have owned five different espresso machines during the last 20 years and this is by far the best! Between the ease of use and the consistent brew this machine is fantastic. The frother works great with non-fat milk and is also fun to watch. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and I will be recommending it to all my friends.

I absolutely love this machine! I would highly recommend! I use the Rivo daily and have nothing but good things to say about the machine or the wonderful espresso it makes. The taste is better than any regular coffee machine by far far in a galaxy far away! I order the packs online so the lack of them in the store isn't a issue for me. However that may be one thing to consider when purchasing. Other than that one tidbit, It's a solid machine that works fantastically!

Of all the latte/espresso makers out there, this one is on the better list. HOWEVER, the mistake they all make is not having an adjustable temperature control for the lattes/espressos. These are a tad better than luke warm for my taste. Keurig should have thought of this. Very disappointing. Returned mine. Will wait for the, hopefully, updated version with an adjustable temp control.

I don't take the trips to the local Coffee house any longer because I work from home. Keurig has allowed me to bring the coffee house into MY kitchen. What an awesome treat! I feel so pampered. The system didn't arrive in the best condition (it appears to have been used at sometime in transit - and it leaked from the bottom), but the wonderful customer service folks at Keurig made it right! And did it right away!
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma, A Little Sip Of Heaven

this product is easy to use and saves a money if you enjoy a starbucks brew everyday. I do not recommend this product if you enjoy different flavors of coffee. They do not offer but 4 different types of coffee with this machine. The pods are not interchangeable with this machine. It costs more than its worth. Their are cheaper keurigs that will do the same and allow you to buy different flavored pods. if you want a milk frother you can get one of those seperatley. I should have researched this machine a little better but my lose is your gain. Love the Keurig just not this paticular machine!

We have admittedly had issues with the frother malfunctioning but customer service has been incredible - replaced machine with new and it continues to work great for us. We love the coffee it makes. Finally - a home espresso that is as truly good as the restaurants and I dare say better than the big name store we all love to drive through!
