Research before buying

I bought this machine because I really like cappucino and latte, I am not satiesfied with the milk frother, I already got the second machine and the milk does not froth at all,all I get is hot milk. I tried to solve this problem with Keurig, they offered me a another new machine which would be the third machine with the same problem, I told them no, I would rather have the Keurig Coffemaker which I had one before. Up do today I have not received another machine. Also I found out, that retailers when people return the Rivo-System, Keurig tells them not to send them back ,they should throw them away. So this shows that the machine is not producing what they advertise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NEED MORE STRONGER COFFEE TO PERK ME UP!

I love Rivo, easy to use, very convenient. Only thing is, I wish there will be much STRONGER RIVO COFFEE THAT WILL PERK ME UP ! I have to drink a few before it kicks in. Please add a new one, much stronger ! INTENSO is not strong enough. Thanks.

Cons: Need Real Strong Espresso, Not Enough Flavor, Intenso Not Strong Enough, Need More Caffeine

This machine is going to kill the competition! I was so excited to get mine! I have the original Keurig brewer but was looking for something that offered espresso. I was going to purchase the new Starbucks machine, but I hated the idea of milk pods, gross! Ironicly, Keurig recently started selling this machine at Bloomingdales. It has the Lavazza and Keurig name, I was sold right away!! I wasn't supposed to get my machine until January but thankfully it came this week. I've used it everyday and love the taste of the Lavazza espresso. With the Lavazza machines being so expensive this is a great alternative. Once I get a few more syrups I'm done spendinng 7 bucks for a latte at Starbucks! This is a must have for espresso drinkers!!

Cons: Pods Sold Out, No Power Off Button, More Variates Of Flavors

Great Expresso, Cappuccino, latte Brewer

I like the RIVO and it is a great machine if you like Expresso, Cappuccino and Latte. Work well for us since I like Expresso and Cappuccino and my wife is a Latte drinker. If you like American Coffee type (big cup). This is not the right buy, go with the regular Keurig. It is easy to use, quickly perfectly brew. Highly recommend for you day to day coffee experience with low maintenance.
Pros: Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Easy to use, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Roast, Not Bitter, Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste
Cons: No Hot Chocolate, Cannot Do Big Cup Regular, No Tea, Not Enough Choice Flavors

What A Great Machine!!!

This thing makes great Espresso, Cappuccino and Latte's. Milk frothing is quick and easy and it does a great job!!! The Revo froth's milk really really well! I do wish the espresso brewed a bit hotter though, but that is very minor. The Lavazza espresso pods are easy to use and the taste is awesome. it is also very easy to clean this machine. Takes about a minute to clean it. That is way more than I can say for some of the other (way more expensive) espresso machines out there. The Revo is worth every penny!!!
Pros: Painless Milk Frothing, Super Easy To Clean, Auto Shut Off, Uses Real Milk, As Good As Starbucks, Great Tasting Espresso, Looks nice
Cons: Espresso Could Be Hotter

I have tried 3 other cappuccino machines and threw them out. We LOVE the RIVO. Makes better cappuccino then you can buy anywhere. It's easy to use the milk froths wonderfully. We are addicted. Our friends come over and bring their own milk so we don't run out. It is worth every penny. Buy extra coffee pods your going to need them

Wow is all I can say. I waited on this machine for 6 months. None of that mess like the old hard to use machines. I am sure Keurig worked on this new machine for a long time to get it right. I have tired whole milk not much luck with the foam. Today I tried 2% much better lots more foam. I am going to try 1% milk next just for the fun of it. The only drawback it could be hotter. You must drink it right away. All of you having this problem try putting the coffee in mico for a couple of seconds before adding the milk froth. Enjoy I know I am...
