The quality of my life has changed thanks to this coffee maker. Seriously. I now wake up and take a few minutes to enjoy my coffee in the morning and start my day more relaxed. Yes, it is the coffee, but making a great drink by pressing only two buttons rather than struggling with multiple machines and gizmos makes the world of difference. A great investment

Love this machine! It has made my mornings something to forward to. I have just started using it and can't wait to try some recipes. My favorite coffee house is going to be an afterthought as the quality of products are superior. I really hope the add some espresso blends beyond lavazza though. I like lavazza but would like more selection.

I am underwhelmed. I prefer hot coffee and lattes, so this is a disappointment. The two step process requires rinsing out the milk container after each cup; this system will not allow you to steam milk for more than one at a time. The espresso dispenser is quite short, so most latte or cappuchino glasses won't fit in the machine. More dirty dishes! The milk container requires jiggling to "fit," but it does beep to let you know when it is in properly. What creates the "fit" is a complete mystery; eventually it clicks. Almond milk works great. It even manages a small amount of foam.
Pros: Easy to use, Accepts Milk Alternatives, Inexpensive
Cons: Warm Not Hot, Requires Multiple Cups

Better than I expected!

I used to spend a lot of money at Seattle's famous coffee chain. The nearest one to me is thirty minute's drive, and perhaps that's a good thing...I got out of the habit of drinking lattes. Over the past several months, I've been reading the reviews on the Rivo and considering purchasing one. I am so happy with my purchase! The espresso from the Rivo is authentic with a nice crema. The milk steamer/frother heats the milk (or soy milk, if preferred) to the perfect temp for sipping without burning your lips or tongue. When I have a hot drink, I don't want to have to wait for it to cool because it was overheated. With the Rivo, I don't have to worry about that. If I want to take it to go, I can carry my hot drink in the car and not worry that I'm going to spill it and get burned. The syrups that come with it (a three flavor sampler) are really good, too. It's nice to have a small trial of each flavor (chocolate, vanilla, caramel) without committing to a larger bottle of something that you may not be crazy about. They're all good, in any case. For those of you on the fence, go ahead and make the purchase. I'm picky about my lattes, and with the Rivo, I can have a ice tall, skinny vanilla latte with no foam, or a grande caramel soy cappuccino, hot or cold. Or anything in between! Love it! If you're a coffee hound, you won't be sorry with the Rivo.

I got my Rivo in December of 2013. I was very quickly addicted to the cappachino and would make a least one cup a day. Great flavor! My biggest complaint is now its 7 months later and the machine broke. This is not the first coffee machine I have purchased from Keurig and not the first one to stop working. Very disappointed after spending this much...it should last longer!

I am a huge fan of Keurig and after returning. from France I needed coffee closer to what I got there with out the hassle. Gave this machine a shot and it was perfect. This machine is amazing. So incredibly easy to use and CLEAN. Huge plus on cleaning, just rinse and go. The only issue I have had is a random cold froth instead of hot froth. I will keep watching that I am pushing the right buttons. My barista friend was amazed and the quality of foam it produced and thow good the coffee was. Definitely a winner in our house.

I just received my Rivo today. Thoroughly followed all instructions for set-up. My first cup, a Cappuccino. I used 1% milk and added a shot of vanilla syrup to the shot of espresso. I have to say I am so impressed! It's delicious. Drank half of it and my stir stick still can stand straight up in the center of the froth! I am really looking forward to trying other recipes!
