My husband and I visited Italy in 2014 and I feel in love with their cappuccino. My daughter and son-in-law bought us this Rivo System for Christmas 2014 and we have been using it everyday since. It makes amazing cappuccino, latte and espresso!

I've had my machine for over 3 years. (This is actually my second time reviewing this product). My machine began losing temperature, especially the frothing, (as you may find others say), but we ordered the Descaling Solution Keuring sells and cleaned it. Sheesh! We were shocked at the gunk that came out! Cleaning it brought the machine back to life! Not only did the coffee come out hotter, but it is important to keep the ports clean for the frothing heat...bottom line, you should clean the system regularly to keep it performing at peek level. We learned our lesson....think I'll go make a cup now...

This is smply the BEST cappuccino latte and esspresso system on the market. If you enjoy cappuccino you can not beat the ease and simplicity of this machine.the quality of the coffee pods and the foam is exceptional. Please keep making this machine don't know what I would get if mine ever broke down

Dump the Coffee House with this machine!

This unit is so simple to use! You add water, choose a Lavazza pod, pick your milk product ( I LOVE Chocolate Almond milk ) in the frothing cup. Turn the unit on, push a button to froth the milk, once that is done push another button to get your perfect espresso shot in one of two amounts, then you combine the two. It is literally just that easy! Now with the included recipes you are now a barista! Being a "heavy S?@$bucks user" I can now make a better product at home and pay for this machine in just a few months! I will NEVER be without a RIVO! This unit will even be packed up and taken along on vacation! ;-) Recommending to all my espresso & Latte drinking friends! You can also use this for iced coffee and cold frothed milk!

I was very hesitant to make such a purchase. I love coffee, lattes, and such. However, every machine has such mixed reviews. I read the reviews of this machine, and since they were all B or better I decided to take the plunge and spend the money on such a machine. I HAVE NOT BEEN DISSAPOINTED!!! Everything about it is awesome. Maybe the milk container could hold more, but that's because I drink such large sizes. My mother-in-law and I enjoy a cup at least once a day.
Pros: Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma, Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Roast

Love my Rivo espresso. The milk frother can be finnicky though and when I started having consistent trouble with the frother not working, I called customer service. They promptly sent me a replacement and I am a happy customer. I don't mind spending a bit more on coffee pods when I enjoy such great convenience and customer service. Thanks, Keurig!

This is an awesome product. I have owned 3 keurigs and while they are all fabulous, this is my favorite. Easy to use. Fast clean up. The only con is that when turned on, if I don't make my espresso very quickly, it shuts off. But if that's my only suggestion...well then I have to say I have the PERFECT coffee maker. The customer service is great. The milk frother stopped working and I had a brand new one within a couple of days.
Pros: Simple to Use, Customize Your Drinks
Cons: Shut Off Very Fast
