Best Product Ever!!!

This is quite possibly the best product I have ever purchased. Being able to make my own lattes at home has now become a breeze. Every member of my family uses it daily and has never had anything but the best results. I now keep a good stock of the Lavazza Rivo packs on hand and we are ready for lattes at any time of the day. Absolutely LOVE this machine.
Pros: Easy to use, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Exceptionalinteresting flavor, Smooth Taste, Not Bitter, Pleasing Aroma, Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Roast

Have had the rivo for 7 months and use it at least 3-6 times a day.It is as close to a starbucks as you will get with 1/5 the cost.It is very convenient and fast.There is only one thing I would improve if I could.I would put a manual frother option so you can make it extra hot.Fantastic machine and I only wish they would start selling the rivo cups at local stores.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Very Fast Saves Money, Pleasing Aroma, Pleasing Roast
Cons: Not hot enough, Can't Buy Coffee Locally

Best Christmas gift ever

received for Christmas 2013 it is now march 2014 and I go south for the winter. I said you take your clubs, I'll take my rivo....no more trips to starbucks for me. I love this machine. I had a manual expresso maker and what a pain, this does everything for you. expresso, latte,and when your in the mood for an iced coffee WOW

I bought my Rivo a few weeks ago and I could not be more pleased with the system. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and within minutes I'm enjoying my favorite drinks in my living room. I have honestly had no problems with any of it. The espresso is hot and fresh at the touch of a button, the milk is frothed to perfection each time no matter how many times a day I make something. It's a coffee lovers dream to have this machine in my personal opinion. For me getting to wake up each morning and enjoy a caramel latte has made it worth every penny.

Being part Italian & having lived in Italy for a # of years I must say kudos to Keurig & Lavazza for a great product. Keurig combining with Italy's #1 coffee couldn't have been a better pairing. I love that fact that I can make authentic espresso at home and froth milk. This frothing system not only allows you to froth real milk of any kind, it's gives you the ability to pour the steamed milk & work your froth how you want, not via powder or a straw like tube as competitors machines do. Dollar for dollar & pound for pound this machine is a real bargain! The quality of the espresso is excellent as to be expected from Lavazza. There is a distinct taste between the different levels and the body and intensity just gets better...you know you have good espresso when you have great crema! I LOVE this machine and will always recommend it! Thanks for another great product Keurig!

Hot, Frothy, & delicious!

I love to brew my favorite lattes and hot espresso drinks- Delicato is my favorite roast. Only complaint is that I like my Grande size and the brewer can only steam about 8-10 oz of milk at a time.
