This product's features are easy to use

I found the features on this product very easy to understand even without using the Easy Mode feature. Navigation is also very logical and easy to use. I've been able to figure out most of the features on the phone by myself without any assistance.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, size

Great Phone But A Bit Glitchy and Slow Sometimes

This phone is nice mostly but I have had some minor issues with it. It gets a bit slow and glitchy at times, and sometimes freezes up where it won't respond at all until I power it off. Sometimes I have to pop out the battery to shut it off. It is slow and delayed right now even while I'm trying to type this. It has a tendency to overheat sometimes, and the battery has a problem holding a charge for long. Except for the first month or 2 I have had it. It worked great then.

Cons: sometimes slow and glichy, overheats a lot

a very good easy to use telephone for a small amount of money. However I'm still trying to work around fact that the phone only comes with 8 gigabytes of storage.

This is my second Samsung phone and I love it!. My first one still works just fine but I wanted to upgrade to a smartphone so of course I decided on getting a Samsung! The price was great and it does pretty much everything a smartphone is suppose to do. I will always recommend Samsung products because they are the best and they are at the top of the game! I also own a Samsung flatscreen TV which I have owned for 4 years now and the picture still looks as great as it did when it came out of the box! No foolin'! I am the type of person that when I find a good product I stick with that brand. And the great thing about Samsung products is that not only are they are affordable but they are reliable. This review is strictly regarding Samsung product as I have not had any need for customer service so I cannot comment on that. That's a good thing! Samsung definitely! Definitely Samsung!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, easy to use, easy to learn, great apps & ringtones already included, wifi capability, data can be turned off to use only wifi, fonts can be enlarged for easy reading, take beautiful pictures with front and back camera, plenty of free apps & ringtones on playstore, android os
