firstly this printer is amazing. great print quality and strong builds. the construction of the printer is fabulous, well designed and well put together

Amazing out-of-the-box experience!

Although it arrived with a hole in the box the printer was undamaged and very well packed. After un-boxing and unpacking I used the pre-loaded files to print a chess piece without even hooking it up to a PC and it turned out amazing! Perfect for home users. Only problem is figuring out what to print next!

no 3D printer like the Dremel 3D Idea Builder

I was looking for a 3d printer... I was going to go with a Chinese 3D printer and I saw that Dremel was coming out with a 3D printer. I knew that Dremel has a good repetition and brand. I was curious to see what they would come out with. I watched this product until Dec 25th, 2014. I finally got one and I LOVE IT!!!!! There are truly no 3D printers out there like this for this price. It has great features, technology, touch screen, functionality and much much more! If you are thinking about getting a 3D printer, There is not a better printer then the Dremel 3D Idea Builder for Beginners to Advance users. If you get one you will not be disappointed with this printer, rather you will be impressed! I LOVE mine and I want other people to have one too!

A great printer

I bought the Dremel 3D printer in September 2015 mainly because of the reputation of Dremel Tools. I have had a few problems at the beginning but it's always a matter of finding why a problem happened and find a solution. Since than I have built a number of items including a Medieval Castle requiring over 23 parts and if not been for warping and shrinking, the print would have been almost perfect. The fine details were unbelievable. I have seen lot of pictures of prints and some actual prints of the same items I have printed and the results on the Dremel is superior.
I would recommend this to a friend!
