It's extremely easy to clean and the exact slice feature is great. I've made homemade baked potato chips on the thinest layer which took maybe 20 seconds! I'd highly recommend this product.

I have been making baby food, crackers, marinara, peanut butter, and more! I love knowing exactly what's going into my baby's tummy - no preservatives! And the whole assembly is so easy to clean, most of the time, I don't even have to scrub, just rinse! Why wasn't this recommended for a baby registry? It's amazing!
