Lousy - stopped working after less than 2 years

Bought one for myself and one for my goddaughter less than 2 years ago. Hers has stopped working completely and mine runs out of juice (in spite of being fully charged) after a minute or two. Won't be buying this product again.

Second Failure for this Vac

Originally purchased 12/09/15. First vac failed due to battery not charging in less than a year. B&D replaced it. Second vac failed a few months ago. Battery does not charge. I rarely used this vac and am shocked that the second vac now has failed. After what is supposed to be time for a full charge, it runs for about 15 seconds then completely stops. Output from charger is OK (this was checked with volt meter) but vac does not charge. Never buy this. It is worthless and now will have to be disposed of.

lousy battery life

bought BDH9600CHV unit to replace an older B/D unit.. about 1 1/2 years ago. great at first. great suction, easy to clean. then the battery started to die. after days of charging, pull unit off charger and runs for 15 seconds then the battery dies and unit almost quits..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this 2 years ago for a chrismas gift.snd i have used it about 3 time.or i should say i tryed to use it..it will not hald a charge.and the charger is so bad it came apart.now i have two wiresthst i cant seem to fit back in the spot it goes. Usely black indecker stuff is good.but dont buy this

Very Poor Battery Life

I have owned several Dustbuster hand vac's over the years but this model had the worst battery life of any I've experienced. After using this vac for just over 1 year, the battery will not hold a charge. I will look for another manufacturer's product to replace it. Very disappointing quality.
