Expensive trash

Not long after buying it, the control board went out and it costs half as much as the cooktop itself to fix

Very, very, very, difficult to read on the black

This model PP9036DJBB replaced my previous model which was very easy to read, This model which is completely black is extremely difficult to read.
The hot light indicator goes off before the burner gets completely cold.

I love how clean it looks. Cleans up well with the Weiman's Cooktop cleaner kit with scrubbing pad and razor scraper.

Disappointed with cook top

I had another brand glass cooktop for 21 years and not one scratch. I have my new cooktop 4 months and I have tiny scratches that I can’t polish out. The top has marks after each meal and needs to be polished constantly. Very poor product I am so sorry I purchased this product. I wish that I had pay more attention to the reviews about scratches. I thought it was due to their carelessness but it is the inferior product.

Heats up fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooktop heats up fast and provides even heat. It looks great as far as where the burners are and the on/off switches. My only issue is the attraction of dust because it is solid black and easily smudges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This appliance replaced a similar one. In comparison I am a little disappointed. But that is probably my fault. I miss the timer, the sensor that will turn it off if not in use. The surface scratches way to easily. It heats up very slowly.

I am happy with it, it heats up quickly my only concern is cleaning once its not so easy but it helps if you use suitable cleaning product
