Works like a dream

The 36” electric “Profile” cooktop is black, sleek, and beautiful. The smooth surface has digital controls with no knobs to collect grease or grime. It heats up fast—especially the Power Boil option—and, equally important, it cools rapidly too. I’m so glad we chose this GE product!

Cooktop works well, especially the quick boil burner. It is so fast that you need to pay attention of pots can boil over. Like the timer on it and it is easy to use.

LOVE THE LOOK AND PRACTICAL USE OF THE KNOB FREE UNIT. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS TRYING TO KEEP IT SMUDGE FREE.....TAKES SOME WORK!

Had to replace my Dacor cook top quickly and the only one that would fit perfectly in the Asmar spot without any issues was the GE profile. I was reluctant to purchase it because I wanted the same high end appliance. However this was a perfect fit and good price and was available in 2days. So no brained there.. The only thing is it doesn’t wipe up the cleanest and does stain around the rings whenever you over boil and noticed it scratches easily if not carefull. But good over all..
