Whisper quiet is misleading

This Air conditioning unit is certainly powerful, and pushes plenty of air. However, I would not call this unit quiet by any means. The heat pump inside is very loud, and the whole unit thuds when the pump turns off, which has woken me and my wife up several times. However, the unit has been reliable for the last 3 years, so I can't complain too much.
I would recommend this to a friend!
