AC good but manual needs two changes

I installed this Window AC yesterday. On page 13 the picture for installing the frame guides needs to be much bigger with some details shown. It took a while to figure out how the plastic frame guides were to be installed. Then I had them backwards. It was hard to remove and reverse them. Also on page 2 the table of contents does not list the warranty which is on page 46 in the Spanish section of the manual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the energy saving feature

Perfect to heat and air condition a medium size ro

Now, as the spring warmth comes, it is working as a perfect air conditioner. The unit looks great and does a wonderful job.

Very Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It arrived without a back cover which I think is odd but the book does not show one so I assume it doesn't come with one. We ordered it before finishing our space so it has been installed for about a month now and I noticed it is not dripping the humidity outside, as it should. Also, the area it needs to cool is 225 square feet and just isn't able to do the job well. Will call for a repair person to check it out for us soon.
