When I purchased this air conditioner I was looking for an 18,000 BTU. However after this 14,000 BTU. air conditioner does a very good job of cooling . I am happy with its performance

Unacceptably Loud!

This is a high priced appliance and I think for the money it should be engineered to be much quieter. Very Disappointed in the noise level!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Installed in my supervisor's office. It gets the job done for sure, but it is somewhat noisy when running on "HI."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this air conditioner September 2, 2016, I love the remote control & that you can set the temperature that you want. You can see the air conditioner maintaining the temperature by cutting off & on.
