This is a really good price for a quality product. I had my brother in law put it together for me because I didn't think I could tackle it. It didn't take him long, and it went together just as the directions noted. The bike sits in my living room, and it's smaller than I thought, and very quiet. I can ride while my husband and I watch tv. The reason I purchased this bike is because I've always done aerobic activity. Recently I found out that I have to have both of my knees replaced. I'm using the bike to prepare for the surgery. I'm hoping to continue exercising while building the muscle in my legs. And I'm hoping to use the bike post surgery. I had researched so many bikes before buying this one. I'm really glad that I found this bike. Highly recommend.

Great Recumbent Bike

I love bike riding, but had to stop because of the arthritis in my knees. I bought this item hoping I could substitute it for the regular bikes. I am happy to say this recumbent bike works out perfectly. I feel no pain when I'm exercising. Love this bike. Would recommend it to all.

I was looking for a small Recumbent Bike for my apartment. I checked reviews on about 20 different Recumbent Bikes and found both positive & negative on all of them. The best way to pick one is to actually try it of course and this model was on the floor and was exactly what I was looking for. Simple to assemble. The computer is basic but has exactly what I needed. I am 5'7" and it fits me perfectly and it also adjusts for my daughter who is 5'. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this bike to anyone. I have used it for 2 weeks/1 hour each day and have already lost 6 pounds. Works great in front of the TV and gets me off the couch for one hour each day. I have also added dumb bells to my workout while I am riding. At age 55 this bike is exactly what I needed to help me lose weight.

STURDY, QUIET, GREAT CUSTOMER CARE

I bought this recumbent bike for my wife for Christmas. It arrived ahead of schedule, even during the 2021 Christmas shipping insanity, and I was able to begin assembly after Jan. 1. The first thing that impressed us is that this product is sturdy! The directions are solid. I chose to seek a video for assembly, so found a great one on YouTube. No problems until I got to the knob. It just wouldn't fit. I called CustomerCare and the specialist was a great help. I sent a couple of images to her via email, and quick as a wink, she diagnosed the issue and sent a replacement knob. It fit perfectly. At Stamina, they are CustomerCARE Specialists -- and they are true to that name. I have the highest regard for this company, its products, and staff. They are a joy to work with and they support their customers! My wife is very happy with her new bike. Says it's smooth and quiet! THANK YOU!

First of all, Stamina Products has EXCELLENT customer service.
The bike has some deficiencies (for me):
1. The screws are not standard so you cannot use a standard Phillips-head screwdriver. Makes assembly awkward in some places.
2. The angle of the sensor wire is critical to the meter reading. This is not pointed out in the manual. The wire is not held firm along its length.
3. There are not enough magnets on the flywheel, so the speed reading is "off" and jerky if you changed your pedaling rate.
Other than those, it's fine. Comfortable. Affordable. Seems otherwise well made. But the engineering decisions I mentioned make me wonder if something will go wrong as it ages.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
