This is my second stride cycle first one pedal crank area broke off but they replaced the middle area with the pedal crank that was nice .but a while later the pedal on that broke also called to see if they would replace it but was told couldn't replace this one with out receipt. So I bought a new one and spent the extra money for a 2 year warranty glad I did because Ive had it a little while now and its starting to make grinding noise as you pedal it so It will be a matter of time I will be calling you using the 2 year warranty I purchased It not to durable .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Quality for The Money

Just received my inStride Cycle. The quality is outstanding, especially for the price. Even the bolts are top quality. Easy to assemble, stores under my coffee table where I can pull it out with ease. No excuse for not exercising. I'm a senior and I look forward to regaining my healthy and stamina.

I bought the In Stride Cycle XL about a month ago and love it. A health problem prevents me from using a Stamnia stationary bike that I've used for about 10 years. I find the ISCXL very sturdy, quite and just what the doctor ordered. I use it before and after my regular workouts and have been sneaking in extra work on my non-training days. Love it!

My parents bought me this cycle for my birthday because I wanted an exercise bike that did not cost an arm and a leg. It is very sturdy and easy to use. I recommend using this cycle on a non skid mat or on a carpeted floor while sitting in a sturdy chair. This cycle gives a full workout for either upper body (on the table) or your lower body while cycling.

There is a small metal piece on either side of the center keeping the bar connecting the pedals centered - the right side fell off the first time I used it. I tried to put it back on, but it just wouldn't stay on. I'm not sure if it was due to that piece or not, but the resistance was laughably weak. Probably great if you're not mobile, but if you have the strength to walk a flight of stairs then you probably wouldn't be happy with this.

I am very satisfied with this device, I'm am preparing myself for surgery for two knee replacements, so I have to build up the muscles in my legs prior to the surgery. I also use it to strengthen my upper torso and arms. I have been utilizing a power wheelchair for several years now and by upper body strength was gone, but not anymore. However during a move I managed to lose two of the Stand Caps and the timer. Need to replace these since they can't be found.

This product was recommended by my wife's physical therapist as a better cycle than a powered exercise cycle because it can be more easily used to exercise both legs and arms.
