This set a easy enough and not boring. The exercises aren't complicated and I love the kettlebells it comes with. A good intro to kettlebell workouts.

I bought this about a month ago, and one of the smartest purchases I ever made. I love putting in the DVD and working out with it. It is so hot outside and there are many days I don't want to go to the gym and this works out perfectly. In fact, I feel more from this than I do when I go to the gym.
