Received these three pans. Nice feel to them, excellent handle, and so far, good release on the food. My only gripe is that the two smaller pans are poorly weighted. They can be tippy on the stove if enough weight isn’t in the pan to counterbalance the weight of the handle. Otherwise, they work well.

We love our cookware. It is the only cookware we have used for the last 20 or more years and are still using some of our pieces. I usually don't purchase anything I can' t see but can not find these in the stores. I'm very pleased with the ease to order and quick delivery. Thank you

I have emailed you many times I have called you many times and nobody ever returns my calls. The three pans I bought do not work on an induction oven. I would like to exchange them for ones that do please answer my questions and tell me how I return these in order the other ones.
