Stainless spots too easily under moderate heat

Lower stainless surfaces immediately acquired burn spots with using low heat. I really like the lid design; twist for air.

This was a gift. The glass lid works great, I can see what my ingredients are doing all the time and the drain hold are good for draining off pasta water, vegetable water, etc.

Great saucepan. Does what it is supposed to. Loving the truly flat bottom - necessary for a glass cooktop. My only "complaint" is that the straining top doesn't work as well as I would like it to, maybe not quite as well as advertised. It does not not replace a colander or strainer for draining pasta. It just doesn't do the job fast enough.

I needed to replace a Cuisinart sauce pan. The one I received has upgraded features from my old one. Of course my old one was eight years old. It's functioning well and I fully expect longevity from this pan as well.

It’s perfect for my needs, just wat I wanted. I’ve used it at least once a day sine I bought it! Heats beautifully, nice to have the cool touch handle and two sizes of holes for draining through the lid.
