I love the quality of the stainless steel
- but rated it only (3 stars) due to the burn I received on my index finger just from the handle. HANDLE BECOMES EXTREMELY HEATED - horrible experience- I’m use to handles that do not carry the intense heat from the cookery. WORK ON THAT CUISINART- you are a beloved but it’s not worth the pain of bruising while doing something you love.

Love the lid! The lid has small holes for draining water after boiling noodles, potatoes, etc. This saves me a step and I often skip the collander. The size is great for any mean for our family of 4, although I always make extra. This pot has a lip for pouring easily and the handle is wonderful in the length and size unlike some that are tough on the wrist. I'm sure I will have this for a long while.
