I used this pan to brown chicken pieces (over medium heat) before adding other ingredients to bake in the oven. After browning the chicken and adding the other ingredients, when I tried to place the lid on the pan, I realized that the pan had warped, changing the pan’s shape to a slight oval. Of course, the lid wouldn’t fit. Even after cooling off, the pan did not regain its original shape. I returned the pan for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
