This stainless steel steamer blancher is plenty roomy for all your jobs. I have even been able to lay sweet corn flat in blancher section. I only wish I would have been shopping for this size and quality a long time ago. I am one very happy customer for sure.

I was very impressed with its overall appearance. My 1st use was making a big batch of chili. After portioning our chili we immediately washed the pot. It cleaned up great, although, when it was totally dry the bottom of the pot had stains after one use. We also have Revere stainless cookware set we bought in 1973, still used daily, and there is not one stain in the bottom of those pots. That was a good purchase.

The pasta strainer insert got black marks all over it after the first wash. I followed the directions for washing, didn’t do anything unusual. Disappointed with the quality for the price paid.

Great pot. Love the built-in strainer. However, it is VERY LARGE. Especially if you want to use the strainer, you have to fill quite a lot of water to pass the bottom of the strainer and actually make a "full pot".
