The Cuisinart Team was totally customer focused, professional and knowledgeable.
One of my "ancient" Cuisinart sauce pans was stained and discolored---- the other pots in the set are still perfect after daily use for much more than a decade.
The staff jumped into action and ordered a replacement for me. This 3Qt is terrific and such a convenient size.

I had to buy this to replace my most-used 3 qt. S/S Cuisinart saucepan. I immediately noticed that the new pan is lighter weight & it seems much of the weight is the handle. .

If you need a 3quart (feels more like 4quart) pan, this is the one to buy. The steamer is amazing and fits all veggies. The pan has a glass lid which helps as you can see whatever you’re cooking easily. You never will overcook or burn anything using this pan.

Purchased to replace the similar Cuisinart pot that had a steamer insert but the pot was accidentally ruined. This pot is the same size and the old Cuisinart steamer fits well except the steamer does rest upon the handle rivets but close enough to do the job. Excellent, quality construction. Very happy with the purchase.
