This machine hot so fast and this product need to improve performance and time of life battery

This product is great with the exeption of reception.

I like everything about this phone with the exception of it's reception. We have an Iphone and Samsung, both get better reception. I do like windows better than other operating systems and also own a Surface. I use Excel for many things and loving the camera. Better reception would be great.

Disappointed

App store is severely lacking. I understand they are adding more, but only if the app owner feels the need. quite a few videos are not supported and don't run and I find it hard to believe that either Microsoft or Nokia does not require Verizion to release the update to 8.1 within a certain amount of time of release. Other service providers have released 8.1
Battery life? I have to charge at least 2 times a day and I don't stream movies. I knew the battery would go low quick, so shame on me. But I also noticed that charging during the day, it doesn't seem to fully charge. meaning the battery is failing.

Too many production flaws

To make it short:
I received an overall of three Lumia 930 (Lumia 930 is the European version of the Icon) from my mobile provider over the past 14 months. The first one suffered from an overheating battery, the second one was fine but I crashed it (my fault) so I had to turn it in for exchange. The third one came with a broken camera flash and a warped frame so the cover on the back of the device wouldn't fit properly.
Actually, I liked Windows Phone 8 OS even if the app variety should be increased. The "homemade" Apps make up for it. On the software side there isn't much too complain about. But due to the hardware flaws it was all in all a very disappointing experience.

Good hardware poor OS

Hardware is good but the OS feels like I'm using Windows 3.1
