Best phone that I have owned, however....

The phone is wonderful. It is easy to access and to use. And though there is not as much apps as an android phone and it is not waterproof, I would not trade it for something else. The only real problem I have with it is the updates. The icon is still using the Black update, meaning that we don't have Cortana or any of the newer features. I would greatly appreciate a phone update soon.

I liked it, but completely unsupported! Still no where near as refined as other mobile platforms and you get it and it stays the same no update love!

My brother persuaded me to change back to Windows OS as he really enjoyed his Lumia 1520. As I had to switch to Verizon, the big choice was between the new HTC Android phone and the Icon. I'm really happy with the Icon. It has most of the apps that I need, it is fast, takes great pics, and the maps are fantastic. I like that I can delete unwanted programs...something I couldn't do with my old Android phone. And I'm impressed with the battery, as I can get through a 1.5 days without a charge. While I would prefer external memory storage, I do have access to the Cloud. And the ability to sync with my Office programs is amazing. This is the future...good that MS is getting their act in gear.

iPhone and iCon

My last job was what opened my eyes to the Nokia. My IT guy told me it was much more functional especially work where I get over 100 emails daily. I have had android and iPhones and this phone by far is the best if all past and present on the market. Currently have an iPhone (forced due to new job) but have the icon as my personal phone and everytime I use the iPhone I curse it, especially its horrible keyboard. Icon by far is best phone on market and now all my inlaws and family have one too!

Clear and readable screen, fast, clear voice, lots of space for books and music. Love this phone.. Would be perfect phone for me if I could either use querty keyboard or voice to review

I have had quite a few phones over the years and this is by FAR the best I've ever had!!! I LOVE the windows and live tiles!!! So simple to use and sound quality with 4speakers is awesome!!! Love the 20mp camera!!!!! And the 5 inch screen is great. Big enough but not too big!!!!!

Excellent camera; drop-able phone

Bought the phone when it was first released. Had the 928 before the Icon. Great phone that takes simply excellent photos. Built like a tank. Unfortunately, I've dropped my phone on a variety of surfaces. No broken glass. No real bruises. Whew!
Excellent speaker phone (which I use in the car). Enough apps for me. Office very handy. Great screen. You get the idea.
