Really smart phone for real smart people!

I love this phone with live screen icons. My whole family uses apple and Samsung smart phones and were against me to buy this phone. I am very happy with my purchase. First of all I love the camera and sound quality of this phone. I don't really use a lot of apps but It has all the apps I like. It's truly a professional phone for professional people. I did not like windows8 in the computers but I love it in this phone. Apple and Samsung users if you are buying new smart phone try this phone you wouldn't regret it. This change is goooooood. Love it. Love my phone. Thank you for making my life a lot easier.

Awesome phone

The ICON is simply the best phone I have ever owned. I have been amazed at the battery life. It just keeps going and going. The camera is fantastic. I love how windows phone and my PC sync and it makes my phone a real tool that I can use for office as well as personal business. The phones screen is beautiful. I have been impressed every time I use the phone. This phone is great. I see people complain all the time about the lack of apps. But I have never had an issue. I have all the apps I need and the Live tiles is simply the best way to organize them of any OS. Android and IOS fanatics can say what they want...But this is a much better phone. I am glad I switched to windows phone and I love the ICON

This is an awesome phone. 8.1 really changed the way windows phone works! I love it and recommend it to anyone. The integration between your phone and your other devices is amazing. Cortana, the Action Center are some of the best add-ons they added to 8.1. The Icon as a phone is amazing! You have a beautiful screen with 32GIG and a micro usb charger. The size is perfect for holding it in your hand. I also thought having a side power button would be odd but it actually is seamless and is well thought of and works better than having it on the top. I went from having an iPhone and I am loving this so much better. 8.1 changes the game!

Great phone

Switched from a iPhone 5S and am very happy. The latest Denim update brings the Windows operating system close to where it should be. Hey Cortana is great, screen is top notch, battery life is good, camera is great. App selection and quality are far behind Apple, but the apps available suit me.

Great phone! Never going back to Android

The Icon is my first Windows Phone after previously only using Android. I am so glad I made the switch. The Icon's size is perfect; not too big, not too small. Without a case, the Icon can be pretty slick, both in ability to hold it and in its style. It may have slipped out of my hands more twice...The video on the phone is stellar, as is the camera. Overall, just a great phone.

Issues with Updating

Now the phone itself is great. But when it comes to updating, the phone is awful. There was a recent release for an update that fixed the boot loop after updating the software. IRONICALLY My Icon is stuck in a boot loop for this update. So this is the second phone of the Icon I have had this happen to and am about fed up with the lack of fixes for this phone alone. Camera is great, runs great when it works but updating is like playing a game of Russian Roulette except with 5 bullets and one open slot. Hoping to god you get that open spot but most of the time you don't. Getting ready to switch back to Android.

It smoked my G4 in side by side tests, over and over again. Made me switch out of the Samsung Slow Lane into the Fast Moving Microsoft Lane.
