Great Phone

I love my Icon. I love the Windows Phone OS. It runs smooth and fast. My only complaint is battery life could be better. The screen is clear and sharp. I like the 5 inch screen size, it is just right. NFC charging is great. The camera takes great photos and video. I would recommend this to others.

Great Flagship, Bad Support

The Lumia Icon is a future-ready device. Unfortunately, it is not supported well enough by Microsoft and Verizon Wireless to be on its latest firmware version as soon as possible. For a flagship model, owners of this device feel abandoned, neglected and left in the dark.

I have got three family members to buy this phone, purely because of how awesome it is, I love this phone and the personalization options make this phone mine, and thats why I love it. Not to mention all the productivity apps that actually allow me to get work done, I couldn't love it more.

Excellent Windows Phone

For a Windows Phone, this is one of the best. With the sharp 6-inch screen, the 20MP camera (which also shoots in RAW) and the aluminum exterior this is one of the best phones around.
My only issue on the phone is I wished that there was a SD card slot. The 32GB memory on the phone is a bit too small for me, and I'm having to delete songs on it that I no longer want to listen to.

Love the build of the phone. I've dropped it multiple times, only scuffs on the sides, no cracks, nothing too major. Just a little less beautiful. Battery can easily last me a day on light use, and even more if battery saver is on (but that means having to manually launch messaging apps to get messages). But once you start surfing the web, the battery won't last very long, which is a little disappointing. Camera wasn't as amazing as I expected it to be; images still turn out a little blurred, but love the optical image stabilization. Great for taking night shots of friends posing or scenery. Keyboard is awesome. Just the best using. I was swiping away on the keyboard the other day, and my colleague was like, "what magic is that". I lolled. He uses an iPhone.

Happy to be back in the windows world....All Office programs work seamlessly. Now time to ditch the iPad for a Surface3.

We both switched from iOS. After a day getting used to things we found it simple to get going. I like how customizable it is. Everything also runs very, very smoothly. I use it for business, my wife uses it for personal. Good phone!
