So solid that I can't even consider Android or iOS

The Nokia Icon is a great Windows Phone and a solid option on Verizon 4G XLTE. The WP Email experience and live tiles work so well that I can't live without them.

I love everything about this phone. Although, the battery life while "good", could be a little better in my opinion. It's fast, sleek and beautiful. Family and friends are always blown away by the super sharp and clear pictures and videos; even a few Apple fans have drooled over them. In fact, an Apple fan-boy I know recently bought a Lumia for his beloved mother, as a birthday gift. Go figure.
I use the Speech functionality every day. I give that feature an A-. The only thing that would make my Lumia Icon perfect, would be upgrading to Windows Phone 8.1. I especially can't wait to start interacting with Cortana.

Lumia 930, The perfect Microsoft phone

I have a Microsoft Lumia 930 (and not a icon). This phone is amazing. The OLED Screen is the best on the market, the camera too and the 4 Dolby 5.1 microphones too. I love Windows and Microsoft services (office, Xbox Music pass, Xbox Video, Skype premium, Xbox One Smartglass, etc). The interface is so beautiful *---* The social integration is the best; Rooms, people hub, multishare, 6tag, inner circle and the pins are fantastic. Cortana... I do not live more without her; I'm in love with Cortana kkk The GPS is the best in the market too. I love everything on Windows!!! Thanks Microsoft, for the best hardware and software on mobile phones, like Xbox One on entertainment and Surface on hybrids Laptops.

Cortana is the feature you didn't know you couldn't live without.

Fantastic phone. Cortana has changed "personal assistants" on phones from a not very useful, gimmicky experience, to an expected feature on a phone. Could not imagine ever getting a phone without that functionality going forward.

Great phone

It's easy to use, fast and responsive, and completely functional. I switched to Windows Phone after becoming sick of competing offerings - because these adjectives could not be used to describe them in the long run. The Windows phone OS is wonderful, too. Live tiles are very fun. And the camera on this phone is so good that I had to stop using my real camera.

Solid UI, amazing camera, solid build quality, great screen resolution, and fantastic specs. Its such a shame that Verizon discontinued this phone and never released 8.1 on it. I'm rocking the dev preview and loving every minute of it. My only complaints about this phone are the lack of apps. No official google apps are available. I have found 3rd party apps that suffice but are not as good as official Gmail and YouTube apps. Cortana is amazing on this phone. The ability to set location based reminders is super helpful. I do wish she would talk to you a little more though. The auto correct on this phone could use some tweaking. Sometimes on certain apps or web pages there isn't any auto correct at all and when there is its just OK. Great phone but needs a bit of tweaking here and there nothing dramatic. I am excited for the future of windows phone and hope to see carriers like Verizon start treating windows phone with some respect.
