Dark, Strong, but Satisfying

While I wouldn't say this is a new favorite (borders on the verge of after taste), it was still pleasant while being strong. The detail of being robust says it all - it is indeed! I do not normally drink italian roasts as a typical coffee in my line up, but I wouldn't mind having this around for some of those stronger heavier desserts or an extremely rich in taste dessert that needs a strong coffee to accompany it. Definitely one that works well in traveler's mugs since it stands up well to small sips.
Pros: Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Aroma, Pleasing Roast, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Not Bitter

Great cup of coffee

Received the sample pack and tried all of the roasts, enjoyed them all. The Italian was the best, enjoyed after dinner with a biscotti. Nothing better.
Pros: Chocolate finish, Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Balanced Acidity, Pleasing Aroma, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

Bold, yet smooth with excellent finish

Got this in a mailed trial pack. I liked almost all of the choices, but my favorite was the Italian Roast. A perfect cup of coffee any time of day.Definitely will purchase and recommend.

Amazing coffee!

Wow, this coffee is amazing! I typically prefer a french roast, but in the BaristaPrima, I think the Italian Roast is superior to the French Roast. Rich flavor and aroma, no aftertaste, delicious even when cold.
